• Do Process of becoming an uploader.
• Uploader should enter Aadhaar number.
• Now Uploader should enter default data.

(If the up loader is a firm, enter the Aadhaar number of its proprietor, partner, director, or other person who wants to upload the data)

• Register the defaulting company or person from whom you want to receive money. If you not upload Transaction Defaulter name not shown in Defaulter search.
• You can select before g.s.t / after g.s.t whatever your selection.
• You can enter agent name, mobile number & photo If involve.
• You can also enter Defaulter new firm which is currently doing business.
• Select the button for how your money did not received.
• Select the name of the company/person who did not pay you
• If the uploader wants his name, address and uploaded data to be shown in the search, select "Yes".
• Upload the real tranjection data which was done with you via Defaulter Company or person.
• Click on the Police/Court button and enter if any police complaint or court case has been filed regarding this tranjection.
• If there is any other money due from this defaulting company or person, Click to "Add" button and real tranjection enter it.

Go to Bounce Cheque Upload and view the data list.

You can search by entering data from any single field or as many fields as you need.

You can see who has entered your default data via your mobile number in the defaulter company/person data.

• If any merchant, individual, firm, organization or group has not given you your money, then upload their correct data in the defaulter company/individual registration.
• For registration of defaulter company/individual name, PAN card number or GST number or VAT number, address, mobile number should be mandatory.
• Photo and email number for registration of owner, partner, director or authorized person of defaulter company are optional but it is advisable to upload.
• If the defaulter company/individual has given a cheque against the bill and bounced the cheque and has not paid the money, it is mandatory to upload a copy of bill, photo of the bounced cheque, bank cheque return memo true and clean copy.
• If the defaulter has not paid the money by promising to pay online instead of giving a cheque against the bill, then upload a true and clean copy of the bill, along with the correct due date of the bill.
• If defaulter is taking a hand loan (money borrowed) and not giving the money after giving the cheque and the cheque bounces, it is mandatory to upload a bounce cheque photo, bank cheque return memo correct and clean copy.
• Other reason: If defaulter have giving a cheque for payment of outstanding money and the cheque bounces and the money is not paid, it is mandatory to upload a photo of the bounce cheque and a correct and clear copy of the bank cheque return memo. It is imperative to write the reason for the default.
• If a police complaint or court case has been filed in the case of non-payment of money by the defaulter in any transaction of bill or hand loan or other reason, it is imperative to write the correct data on the police or court complaint.

• Uploading and Distributing false information to harm the reputation of any individual, living or deceased, or any entity such as a business, organization, or group, is a serious crime. Such actions can lead to Criminal charges, including defamation, under relevant legal codes like the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam (BSA), as well as other criminal and civil statutes. Furthermore, Cybercrime and IT Act provisions may apply. Convictions can result in imprisonment.
